Citroën’s “Charm Offensive”

We’re not exactly sure what’s going on in this photo of the forthcoming Citroën DS3, but we do know that for being a small hatch, it is quite a striking car, and said to be part of the French company’s on-going “charm offensive” in its DS line of vehicles.

We must admit that we don’t understand many things that the French do, but find them to be intriguing.

There is a clever use of LEDs in its front fascia, contributing to the shark-like look of what otherwise might be considered an econobox, if it wasn’t that the Europeans take small cars seriously:
