Citroën DS4: “Most Beautiful Car of the Year”

Unless you were at the 2010 Paris Motor Show or spend time looking at automotive websites (well, it is fairly obvious the latter is true), you may have missed the introduction of the Citroën DS4.

Unless you were at the 2010 Paris Motor Show or spend time looking at automotive websites (well, it is fairly obvious the latter is true), you may have missed the introduction of the Citroën DS4. Today, at the International Automobile Festival (we weren’t invited, either)

the DS4 was voted the “Most Beautiful Car of the Year” by in excess of 60,000 voters from 62 countries on the festival’s website (we didn’t know about it, either).

It beat the BMW 5 Series, the Honda CR-Z, and Renault Wind.

In addition to which, the interior of the raised four-door coupe, which resembles a U.S. crossover utility vehicle, was voted as having the “Most Beautiful Interior,” but this time by a panel of judges, ranging from former Formula One champ Alain Prost to Dassault Systemes vp and former General Motors designer Anne Asensio to Luc Ferry, a French philosopher (no, we’re not making that up).
